Two Internal Troops Special Forces Units Drill Tasks in Border Areas

Special forces units of the internal troops, “Berkut” and “Vityaz,” held a two-week training exercise.

According to the internal troops’ press service, the drills focused on “carrying out tasks in border areas” under the guidance of “instructors with combat experience”.

At the final stage of the exercise, a three-day march was conducted, involving the search for enemy targets and their destruction during a fire raid.

“Servicemen operated in forested and swampy terrain under conditions of maximum concealment and unit autonomy”, the internal troops said.
