Belarus’ State Control Committee (KGK) will hold a hotline on issues related to road repairs and the elimination of defects on roads.
The hotline will operate on May 12 from 9:30 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.
By calling the short number 191, residents can report:
- the unsatisfactory condition of road surfaces on national and local roads after winter,
- cases of poor-quality or untimely road repairs,
- uncleared rubbish along highways and roadsides, as well as the failure to maintain adjacent roadside areas.
Complaints can also be sent to the chatbot of the KGK Telegram channel.
