Belarusians will again face “orange-level” weather conditions on Wednesday. Belhydromet has issued another storm warning.
“During the morning and daytime hours on May 27 (Wednesday), strong northwesterly winds with gusts of 15–20 m/s are expected across most of the country and in Minsk”, the warning said.
A similar warning is also in effect today.
Tomorrow, weather conditions in Belarus will continue to be shaped by atmospheric fronts moving from northern Europe and a cool air mass. Skies will be cloudy with clear intervals. Localised short-term rain is expected overnight, while in the morning and daytime rain is forecast across most of the country. Thunderstorms are expected in some areas. Minimum overnight temperatures will range from +7°C to +13°C, reaching +14°C to +16°C in southwestern areas. Daytime highs will range from +13°C in the north to +21°C in the south.
