OMON officers rescued a girl who was drowning opposite building No. 4 on Zybitskaya Street in Minsk, the Minsk City Police Department reported. Officers on duty received a signal from passers-by at around 4:00 a.m. today. They went to the scene and pulled her from the water.
The victim was an 18-year-old girl in a state of alcohol intoxication. According to her, she felt unwell, lost her balance and fell into the water. An ambulance was called to the scene and she was taken to a medical facility.
