Poland’s Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) has published data on insured foreigners as of the end of March 2026. The number of Belarusians increased compared with February.
As of the end of March, 140,538 Belarusian citizens were registered in the Polish social insurance system. Compared with February, the number of Belarusians increased by 1,226 people.
In total, 1.305 million foreigners were registered with ZUS as of the end of March. The total number of insured foreigners increased by 10,000 compared with February.
Ukrainian citizens remain the largest group of foreigners working in Poland. Nearly 873,200 people were registered with ZUS, an increase of 8,000 compared with February. Belarusians are in second place. Indian citizens rank third, with nearly 25,000 people registered.
