Number of Apartment Transactions Rises in February

The number of apartment transactions increased in February, the State Property Committee reported. Such seasonality is normal, the committee noted.

In January, 720 apartment transactions were concluded in Minsk. In February, the figure rose to 907.

An increase in transactions in February was also recorded in regional capitals.

The State Property Committee added that the statistics may increase further after the registration of transactions completed at the end of February.
