No Attempts To Cross EU Borders From Belarus Recorded on Tuesday

The border services of Lithuania, Latvia and Poland reported that on Tuesday, 9 December, not a single attempt was registered by migrants to cross the borders from the Belarusian side.

For Poland, this marks the eighth consecutive day with zero incidents. Lithuania likewise reports that attempts to cross the border outside official checkpoints have largely not been observed. Meanwhile, Latvian border guards, who in recent days had usually encountered such attempts, registered none on Tuesday.
