The National Bank will put several commemorative coins into circulation starting December 31.
One of them is the “Chinese Calendar” coin with a face value of 1,000 rubles. It is made of 999-fineness silver. A total of 500 such coins will be issued.
The unusual shape of the coin draws particular attention. It is 12-sided. The coin also has non-standard dimensions and weight. Its diameter is 160 mm, and its weight is 1,500 grams. The coins are struck in proof quality with partial gilding.

Another coin in the issue is the silver “Tarpan” from the “Horses” series, with a face value of 20 rubles, a weight of 33.63 g, dimensions of 45.00 × 30.10 mm, alloy fineness of 925, and a mintage of 2,000 pieces. The coin is rectangular.

A square format was chosen for the commemorative coin “Church of St. Michael in Navahrudak.” Two versions are being issued:
- silver — face value of 20 rubles, weight of 33.63 g, dimensions of 40.00 × 40.00 mm, alloy fineness of 925, mintage of 2,000 pieces;
- copper-nickel — face value of 1 ruble, weight of 37.10 g, dimensions of 40.00 × 40.00 mm, mintage of 7,000 pieces.

Closer to the standard format are the commemorative coins “Republican Festival of National Cultures.” Two versions are being issued:
- silver — face value of 20 rubles, weight of 33.63 g, diameter of 38.61 mm, alloy fineness of 925, mintage of 2,000 pieces;
- copper-nickel — face value of 1 ruble, weight of 28.64 g, diameter of 38.61 mm, mintage of 7,000 pieces.
