Four people injured in a traffic accident in Georgia have been discharged from hospitals. Three were discharged from the Chokhatauri hospital and one from a hospital in Batumi, BelTA reports.
“As of Friday evening, Aug. 14, one patient had been discharged from the Republican Clinic in Batumi and three from the Chokhatauri hospital. The remaining patients are still under observation and are receiving all necessary care. There are no seriously ill patients, but Georgian doctors insist that they remain under observation for another couple of days. They are receiving all necessary medical care, including CT scans and X-rays,” Belarusian Ambassador to Georgia Mikalai Rahashchuk said.
The repatriation of the remains of the first two victims will be arranged within the next two to three days. The remains of two other victims will be sent to Belarus early next week.
On Aug. 12, a bus carrying Belarusian tourists left the road and fell into a gorge while traveling from the mountain resort of Gomismta. Four people were killed and 15 others, including six minors, were injured.
