Sales of MAZ trucks in Russia fell by 43% in 2025 to 3,274 units, according to data published by Avtostat Info. The performance of the Belarusian manufacturer was slightly better than the market overall. Total sales of new trucks in Russia last year dropped by 51% to 61,500 vehicles.
The market leader remained KAMAZ, which recorded a 21% decline in sales to 18,300 units. Second place was taken by the Chinese brand Sitrak (–61%, 7,600 vehicles), while GAZ returned to third place by the end of the year (–38%, 4,700 units), pushing out the Chinese brand Shacman (–70%, 4,670 units).
In December, the Russian market contracted by 23% to 8,686 trucks. MAZ sales in the final month of the year fell by 28% to 415 units.
