Alyaksandr Lukashenka “categorically condemns the act of American aggression” against Venezuela, his press secretary Natallia Eismant told RIA Novosti.
“The president of Belarus categorically condemns the act of American aggression against Venezuela,” she said.
“Alyaksandr Lukashenka spoke quite recently about the consequences in an interview with American journalists. In particular, he said that ‘this would be a second Vietnam. And Americans do not need it,’” Eismant added.
Earlier today, the United States carried out a large-scale operation against Venezuela and its leader, President Nicolás Maduro. U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Maduro and his wife “were captured and taken out of the country.”
