The general director of OJSC Keramin, Aleh Panasiuk, has died suddenly at the age of 46. As reported by the company’s press service, the death occurred on April 29. The cause of death has not been disclosed.

Panasiuk was appointed head of Keramin in March 2025, having previously served as deputy general director for development at the same company. Earlier, he worked for more than 15 years at the Biarozauka State District Power Plant, and later in the system of Belarus’s Ministry of Architecture and Construction.

In August 2020, Panasiuk chaired an election commission in Belaazyorsk. As reported by BGmedia, during early voting he called the police on independent observer Iryna Hryshchuk, who had discovered an unsealed room adjacent to the polling station and filed a complaint. An administrative protocol was drawn up against her. On the night after the election, Panasiuk and other commission members left the building through a back entrance.

After 2020, his career advanced: he moved to the position of deputy general director for development at BiarozastroyMaterialy and later rose to head Keramin.
