Industrial output in January–June totalled 107.2 billion Belarusian roubles, declining by 0.7% in comparable prices compared with the same period of 2025, according to data from Belstat.
The sectors posted the following results:
- mining and quarrying: +2.6% (1.43 billion Belarusian roubles),
- manufacturing: -2.1% (93.96 billion Belarusian roubles),
- electricity, gas, steam, hot water and air conditioning supply: +7.9% (9.7 billion Belarusian roubles),
- water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation activities: +1.4% (2.09 billion Belarusian roubles).
By region, the sharpest declines were recorded in the Mahiliou region (-4.5%), the Hrodna region (-4.0%) and Minsk (-3.9%). The strongest growth in industrial output was recorded in the Brest region (+5.5%).
