The Belarusian Ministry of Health, by Resolution No. 210 of December 31, has approved maximum monthly spending amounts per citizen for the provision of and participation in the provision of medical care under the state social order in 2026. The document was officially published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.

Under the resolution, the maximum monthly spending per citizen for the provision of and participation in the provision of medical and social assistance outside healthcare organizations (at the citizen’s place of residence or stay) will amount to:

656 rubles (+66 rubles compared with 2025) for assistance to citizens with a severe (functional class 4) limitation of the ability to self-care and/or move independently and/or orient themselves;

388 rubles (+37 rubles) for assistance to citizens with a pronounced (functional class 3) reduction in three or more categories of vital activity leading to a syndrome of social compensation;

535 rubles (+53 rubles) for assistance to citizens with mental and behavioral disorders that have resulted in a pronounced (functional class 3) or severe (functional class 4) limitation of the ability to control their behavior.

These amounts are used when allocating subsidies from local budgets to individual entrepreneurs, non-state healthcare organizations, and non-state non-profit organizations that participate in the implementation of the state order in the healthcare sector and provide medical assistance to the population, including people with disabilities, and ensure long-term care for the elderly, among other services.
