Foreign Ministry Signs Joint Action Plan With IFRC

A plan of joint activities for 2026 between state and other organizations of Belarus and the cluster representation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in Russia and Belarus has been signed at the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.

The document provides for a set of information and practical measures aimed at addressing modern challenges related to emergency response and migration in the region.

Deputy Foreign Minister Ihar Sakreta met today with the head of the representation, Frank Mohrhauer.

According to the Foreign Ministry, the sides discussed cooperation and focused in detail on the humanitarian situation in the region and in areas of armed conflicts.
