A registry of animal feed producers will be created in Belarus. The activities of producers not included in it will be considered illegal.
The decree “On the Registry of Feed and Feed Additive Producers” was signed today by Alyaksandr Lukashenka.
The registry will be maintained by the Agriculture and Food Ministry. From January 1, 2027, it will include entities that produce feed or feed additives for agricultural animals for sale. The activities of producers not included in the registry will be considered illegal.
“The decree is aimed at improving the production of feed and feed additives, which will make it possible to increase animal productivity by providing them with balanced and nutritionally complete feed”, Lukashenka’s press service said.
