Family capital in 2026 will amount to 35,505 roubles. This was reported by the Ministry of Labour. Compared with 2025, the amount has increased by 6.7%, or 2,230 roubles.
The ministry explained that family capital in the amount of 35,505 roubles will be granted to families upon the birth (adoption) of a third or subsequent child between 1 January and 31 December 2026. The capital is provided in the amount valid on the date of birth of the third child, or in the case of adoption — on the date the court decision enters into force.
According to the ministry, as of 1 January, 151,200 family capital accounts were open, of which 82,600 — totalling 826 million dollars, and 68,600 — totalling 1.83 billion roubles. A total of 101,650 applications for early use of family capital funds have been submitted.
