Eurotorg to Raise 50 Million Rubles Through Bonds

Belarus’ largest retailer, Eurotorg, will raise funds through its 37th bond issue. Information about the issue has been published on the Unified Portal of the Financial Market.

The issue will total 50 million rubles. A total of 50,000 securities with a face value of 1,000 rubles each will be issued. They will be offered to resident qualified investors.

The bonds will mature on Aug. 31, 2029. For the first 13 interest periods, the rate has been set at the refinancing rate plus 0.75 percentage points. The current annual rate is 10%.

Earlier this year, Eurotorg issued three bond offerings totaling 110 million rubles. Their annual interest rates were 10.25%, 11% and 11.2%.

In the first half of 2026, Eurotorg’s revenue increased by 5.2% to 4.686 billion rubles. Net profit fell by 25% to 132.58 million rubles.
