The Ministry of Defense of Belarus has accredited a new defense attaché at the German Embassy in Minsk.
The new attaché is Lieutenant Colonel Michael Gersteneker. Lieutenant Colonel Stefan Janke has completed his mission in Belarus.
“During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on current issues of international and regional security and discussed the state and prospects of cooperation in the military sphere,” the Defense Ministry’s press service said.
