An 18-year-old woman died from a drug overdose in Brest. An investigative team worked at the scene.
According to the State Committee of Forensic Examinations, expert examinations were ordered. A forensic medical expert determined that the woman died from acute poisoning caused by narcotic substances.
“According to the results of the forensic chemical examination, eight different types of drugs were found in the deceased’s biological material, ranging from plant-based to synthetic substances”, the State Committee of Forensic Examinations said.
A criminal case has been opened.
