Belarus has sent the consolidated container train “Kalasok” with Belarusian products to China. The train departed from the Kalyadzichy station on 31 March, the Belarusian Railway press service reported.

The consolidated container train service is operated through the Belarusian Railway logistics operator Belintertrans. The company provides the full cycle of transport organisation: train formation, cargo consolidation and coordination of the transportation process along the entire route.

The train consists of 40-foot containers carrying products from Belarusian enterprises: flax, sawn timber, cellulose and powdered milk.

The route passes through Russia and then continues to the Chinese provinces of Shaanxi and Jiangsu.

It should be recalled that on 25 February Belarus sent the “Vasilek” container train carrying peat, flax and sawn timber to China.
