Charter Flight Minsk–Salalah Returning to Minsk

Due to the introduction of flight restrictions in the airspace, the flight landed at an alternate airport in Muscat, the capital of Oman. The airline received notification of the airspace restrictions when the aircraft with passengers was already approaching Salalah, Belavia’s press service reported.

By decision of the tour operator, which chartered the flight, and in coordination with the airline, the aircraft carrying tourists departed from Muscat back to Minsk to ensure the safety of passengers.

Tourists currently in Salalah have been provided with accommodation and meals. A repatriation flight is scheduled for March 4, 2026.
