A new advertising company, Creative Code, which positions itself as the largest in Belarus, is linked to Hanna Lukashenka, the daughter-in-law of Aliaksandr Lukashenka, who is known under the pseudonym Anna Seluk. This was reported by the outlet Buro with the assistance of the Cyber Partisans.

The company was registered on October 22, 2025, and is engaged in the design and placement of outdoor advertising in Minsk and regional centres. By now the business has grown into a full-fledged media holding that produces music, manages artists, organises state events, and owns three radio stations.

According to the outlet, a combined 25% of Creative Code belongs to structures linked to Hanna Lukashenka. Of this, 15% is registered to the Musical Media Company, where she holds the position of general producer. Another 10% is registered to ANSL Production — a company owned by Andrei Vrubleusky, a top manager of her husband Dzmitry Lukashenka. According to Buro, Vrubleusky may act as a nominal owner, concealing the real involvement of Lukashenka’s daughter-in-law. The abbreviation ANSL resembles the initials of Hanna Siargeyeuna Lukashenka, the authors note.

The remaining 75% of the company belongs to KorusMedia CJSC, registered on October 31, 2025. The ownership form of a closed joint-stock company does not require disclosure of ultimate beneficiaries.

From October to December 2025, the director of Creative Code was Pavel Liohki — a former head of the press service of Lukashenka’s administration, a former deputy information minister, and a former counsellor-envoy at the Belarusian embassy in Moscow.
