Bridge in Babruysk Found at Risk of Collapse

During the daytime on March 2, the Ministry of Emergency Situations received a report about a risk of collapse of an overpass above railway tracks on Karl Marx Street in Babruysk.

At the scene, emergency service personnel established that “a pedestrian walkway along the overpass had tilted.”

The hazardous area was cordoned off. Traffic was rerouted to alternative roads.

An on-site meeting of the city emergency commission was held at the location of the incident.
