BelVitunifarm has signed a contract for the construction of a biotechnology production plant. The facility will be built in the village of Dolzha in the Vitsyebsk District.
Information about the major transaction has been published on the Unified Portal of Financial Market Information. The contract is worth 192.2 million Belarusian rubles. The construction contractor is MassivSpetsStroy LLC.
In September last year, Decree No. 346 of September 30, 2025, was adopted. Under the decree, BelVitunifarm is required to implement an investment project in 2025–2030 to establish a modern import-substituting production facility for veterinary and medical pharmaceuticals. The project includes the construction of new production facilities, the reconstruction of existing ones, as well as the development of residential buildings and engineering and transport infrastructure. The document also contained a subsection marked “For Official Use”.
