The “Belarusy Kujava-Pamor’ya” project has been declared an “extremist formation” in Belarus. The grounds cited are a decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated January 29, 2026, No. 29EK No. 1EK, “On Recognizing a Group of Citizens as an Extremist Formation and Banning Its Activities.” It was published today.

The entry states that the initiative is associated with Kanstantsin Reznichak, Hleb Vajkul, born April 5, 1994; Diana Brilyuk, born March 1, 1981; Anastasiya Dzichkouskaya, born June 25, 1987; Vitold Yarotski, born February 12, 1987; and Yahor Kaleynik, born March 15, 1985.

“A group of citizens belonging to the extremist formation ‘Belarusy Kujava-Pamor’ya’ carries out extremist activity,” the “reference information” states.

As a reminder, Belarusian authorities regularly use accusations of extremism to combat opponents and dissent in general.
