A trip through the Terespol border crossing ended in detention for a 44-year-old Belarusian citizen.
As reported by the Polish Border Guard, the woman was driving a 2021 Peugeot with French license plates. During the inspection, border guards found signs that the VIN number had been altered.
An investigation has been launched. The Belarusian citizen was detained, and the vehicle was seized. Its value is estimated at 40,000 zlotys (less than 10,000 euros). The case has been transferred to the police.
