Belarusian Government Approves Agreement With Laos on Export Credits

The Council of Ministers of Belarus has approved an intergovernmental framework agreement with Laos on the provision of export credits under Resolution No. 694 of 1 December. The agreement was signed in Vientiane on 25 September this year. The document was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to notify Laos that Belarus has completed the domestic procedures required for the agreement to enter into force.
