Belarusbank has increased its share capital. The corresponding decision was adopted by the bank’s general meeting of shareholders.
The share capital was increased by raising the nominal value of each share by 1 kopeck. As a result, the nominal value of one Belarusbank share now stands at 13 kopecks. The bank’s share capital has therefore increased by nearly 551.2 million Belarusian rubles to a total of 7.165 billion Belarusian rubles.
The increase was financed from retained earnings generated in 2025.
This is not the first time Belarusbank has increased its share capital. Similar decisions were adopted in 2024 and 2025.
