Belarus and Russia will draw up a new three-year plan for Union State programmes. The head of the administration of Alyaksandr Lukashenka, Dzmitry Krutoi, announced this on Belarusian state television. According to him, the results of the current programmes will be summed up in January.

“In fact, the implementation of all programmes is on schedule today. At a separate meeting with our colleagues from Russia, we will sum up the results ahead of the Supreme State Council of the Union State next year, in January in Moscow, before the meeting with the leaders. There are no failures, deviations, or delays in the plan. In principle, everything is being implemented within the planned timeframe and at a good pace. And I believe we will draft the next three-year plan to be just as ambitious as this one.

The main thing — and you are absolutely right — is that we are not falling behind in terms of investment resources, the selection process is proceeding normally, and equipment is being purchased. These projects will become the foundation of the technological independence we are talking about, which is in fact the main goal set by the specialists and our leaders,” he said.
