The National Cadastral Agency has launched its automatic apartment valuation service for Belarus’ regional centres. The service was initially available only for Minsk.
The service provides an analytical report on the estimated value of an apartment. Users only need to enter the property’s address and characteristics. The system automatically determines additional parameters related to the building and the property’s location and provides an estimated price range for the apartment.
The service remains free of charge.
