The Council of Ministers of Belarus, by Resolution No. 104 of March 3, approved the list of organizations that will purchase agricultural products this year under the state order system. They will receive subsidies to pay interest on loans issued in 2026. The subsidies will be provided in 2026–2027. The document was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.
The subsidies will amount to:
— 50% of the refinancing rate when purchasing rapeseed oilseeds,
— 75% of the refinancing rate when purchasing malting barley,
— 100% of the refinancing rate when purchasing other crop production,
— 50% of the refinancing rate for consumer cooperatives when settling payments with individuals.
Subsidies on loans obtained to pay for transport services will correspond to the subsidy level set for the relevant type of agricultural product being purchased.
In total, the list includes 65 enterprises from the Belgospiščeprom system, grain processing plants, the Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation and others. Compared with 2025, ten fewer organizations will receive subsidies.
Similar measures are adopted by the government every year.
