Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya commented on the incident involving a Russian drone in Romania in a post on X. During an overnight attack on Ukraine’s Odesa region, one of the Russian drones entered Romanian airspace and crashed into a residential apartment building in the border city of Galați. Two people were injured.
“I strongly condemn Russia’s drone strike on a residential building in Romania 🇷🇴, injuring civilians on NATO and EU territory.
This reckless attack shows again that Russia’s war threatens all of Europe.
My solidarity is with the people and government of Romania,” she wrote.
