The State Control Committee has suspended the operation of a meat processing enterprise in the Minsk Region due to serious violations.
Inspectors found that veterinary and sanitary rules, as well as санитарно-эпидемиологические requirements, were not observed during production. Storage conditions for products and raw materials were violated, and rusted equipment was used for packaging.
Around 115 kilograms of products and raw materials of unknown origin and without expiration dates were discovered in the facility. The items were destroyed.
Employees involved in meat processing had not undergone required hygiene training or medical examinations.
The enterprise’s operations have been suspended, and the State Control Committee has issued recommendations to eliminate the violations.
