Six settlements in Belarus were affected by a thunderstorm front that passed through the country on July 1, including one in the Hrodna Region and five in the Minsk Region. Wind gusts reached 20 meters per second, the Emergency Situations Ministry said.
“There were no casualties. The roofs of eight residential houses and two outbuildings were damaged. Restoration work is underway,” the ministry added.
The ministry also reported 32 incidents of fallen trees. One car was damaged in Maladzyechna.
