A new tunnel boring machine, Maria, has begun operations in Minsk. It will construct the right-hand tunnel of the new section of the Zialionalužskaja metro line.
The tunnelling machine will first excavate the tunnel from Park Druzhby Narodau station to Kamarouskaya station, then continue to Piarespa station and complete its route at Jubiliejnaya Ploshcha station, BelTA reports.
