More than 200 settlements in Minsk Region were left without electricity due to squally winds and heavy rain. In most cases, the power outages were caused by trees falling onto power lines.
As of 3:35 p.m., there had been 20 outages on high-voltage lines, including three 35 kV lines and two 110 kV lines, according to Minskenergo.
Emergency crews are working on site.
