The Ministry of Justice of Belarus has suspended the license of LLC “Real Estate Agency Alkor” from April 10, 2026, until June 10. During the suspension period, the organization is not allowed to carry out real estate activities.
The reason was identified violations of licensing legislation: real estate services, including those falling under the exclusive competence of a realtor, were in fact provided by a real estate agent, while the appointment of a responsible realtor was formal in nature. As a result, obligations to verify the legal validity of transactions were not fulfilled, documents were оформлены with violations, and the consumer’s interests were infringed, the ministry said.
Measures were also taken against the responsible realtor — the validity of his identification card has been suspended for four months.
Consumers who have active contracts with the agency are advised to contact the organization to terminate them.
