The identity of a deceased woman found in mid-April in a forest near Vitsyebsk was established using palm prints, the State Forensic Examination Committee reported. The body was discovered near the village of Shevina.
The woman had no identification documents. During an examination of the scene, a specialist from the State Forensic Examination Committee photographed the palms of the woman’s hands, which made it possible to establish her identity.
