The Defense Ministry is beginning training exercises with personnel liable for military service in territorial troops in three districts.
The exercises begin on Aug. 25 in the Byarezinski and Chervenski districts of Minsk region, and on Aug. 26 in the Vaukavysk district of Hrodna region.
During the exercises, the authorities plan to receive personnel liable for military service in the territorial troops and provide them with comprehensive support. They will undergo training to carry out their designated tasks, while commanders will refresh their skills. The formation, training and deployment of people’s militia units will also be practiced.
At the final stage, command-and-staff and tactical exercises will be held in each district.
