Alyaksandr Lukashenka has signed an order allocating funds for the recreation and health improvement of 272 children from 10 countries at the National Children’s Educational and Health Centre Zubryonak. The children are from Algeria, Vietnam, Egypt, Zimbabwe, India, China, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Myanmar and Uzbekistan.

During their stay in Belarus, they will undergo medical examinations and receive spa treatment. Cultural events and excursions to historical sites in Minsk and other regions are planned for them, where they will become acquainted with Belarusian traditions and everyday life.

The programme of inviting children from other countries has been implemented annually since 2017. Over that period, more than 2,500 children have отдыхали and received treatment in Belarus.

“This contributes to strengthening and developing cooperation with other countries, as well as promoting the country’s tourism potential,” Lukashenka’s press service said.
