“The author wrote this book while being held in the KGB pretrial detention center. There was plenty of time to reflect and answer the most important questions: who are you, why do you live, and how do you live. But discussing such topics with an investigator is not an option. Everything would be recorded in the protocol and become part of the indictment against you. That is why another interlocutor was needed.

For Aliaksandr Fiaduta, that interlocutor became Uladzimir Karatkevich. And the reason for the dialogue with the writer was Karatkevich’s main novel, ‘Kalasy Pad Siarpom Tvaim’”, the book annotation says.

The publishing house thanked the P. Kracheuski Foundation and the Orsa-Romano Foundation for Culture and Education for their assistance in publishing the book.

Pre-orders for Aliaksandr Fiaduta’s “Lexicon of ‘Kalasou Pad Siarpom Tvaim’” are already available on Allegro.
