The Belarusian and Myanmar militaries seek to intensify contacts. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defence following a meeting of the Belarusian delegation headed by Valery Revenka, Head of the Department of International Military Cooperation, with his Myanmar counterpart Hkain Lin.
“The sides summed up the results of joint work for 2025 and agreed on a list of activities planned for implementation in the near future. Following the meeting, mutual interest was expressed in maintaining dialogue and intensifying contacts in the military sphere at all levels,” the statement said.
Revenka also discussed economic issues with Lieutenant General Zo Myo Tin, who serves as Quartermaster General of the Armed Forces of Myanmar.
