The Belarusian Council of Ministers, acting on instructions from Alyaksandr Lukashenka, has decided to send humanitarian aid to Vietnam. The corresponding resolution was signed by Prime Minister Alyaksandr Turchyn.
The Emergency Situations Ministry, together with other relevant agencies, has been tasked with assembling a humanitarian cargo consisting of Belarusian-made goods: 5.6 tonnes of sweetened condensed whole milk, 10 tonnes of sugar, 1,500 blankets, more than 7,000 bedspreads and 2,000 sets of bedding. The delivery of the cargo will be organized jointly with the Transport Ministry.
The decision was made following Lukashenka’s instruction in response to an official request from Hanoi for assistance in addressing the consequences of large-scale natural disasters that struck the country in 2025.
