Base Wage Rate Will Increase in Belarus From 1 January

Starting 1 January 2026, the base wage rate used to calculate salaries of public-sector employees will be raised to 297 rubles. The corresponding resolution was signed by Belarusian Prime Minister Alyaksandr Turchyn.

According to the press service of the Belarusian government, the document provides for an 8.8% increase in the base rate — from the current 273 rubles to 297 rubles.
