Armenia’s Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure has not received a letter from Russia’s energy minister containing threats to terminate the agreement on duty-free supplies of gas, petroleum products and diamonds. This was reported by Armenpress.
Earlier today, Kommersant published a report about a letter containing such threats. According to the publication, it had been sent on May 25.
