Belarusian Railways has scheduled 14 additional trains for the Kupalle festival (“Alexandria Gathers Friends”), which will take place on July 11–12 in the agrotown of Alexandria in the Shklou District of the Mahiliou Region.
On July 11, 11 additional regional economy-class trains will operate on the Mahiliou–Kopys–Mahiliou and Orsha–Kopys–Orsha routes. Trains from Mahiliou will depart at 1:25 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 7:05 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., while trains from Orsha will depart at 12:48 p.m. and 10:25 p.m. During the night of July 11–12 and early on July 12, an additional five trains will run from Kopys to Mahiliou and Orsha.
In addition, on July 11, the Polatsk–Mahiliou–Polatsk interregional business-class train will make an extra stop at Kopys station. In total, 29 trains from Mahiliou, Orsha, Vitsyebsk, Homiel, Polatsk and Brest will stop at Kopys station on July 11 and 12.
Tickets for the additional trains will go on sale 10 days before departure. They can be purchased on the website rw.by, through the “BC. My Train” mobile application or at railway ticket offices. Detailed schedules are available on rw.by or by calling 105.
