Written-Off Foreign Receivables Recovered From Former Management of Baranavichy Enterprise

The Baranavichy District Prosecutor’s Office has reported the recovery of written-off accounts receivable from the former management of one of the enterprises.

In total, under a claim filed by the prosecutor’s office and upheld by the court, the former director and his deputy are required to pay more than 45,000 roubles.

“Overdue foreign accounts receivable arose due to the failure to fulfil obligations to pay for supplied products worth more than 45,000 roubles. This situation was facilitated by the lack of proper oversight of a legal entity established in 2011 on the territory of a foreign state and controlled by the Belarusian enterprise,” the prosecutor’s office explained.
