“Soon”: Coale Responds to Question About Visit to Minsk

U.S. presidential envoy John Coale may soon appear in Minsk. He continues to answer questions on X.

This time, a follower asked him about a possible visit to the Belarusian capital.

“Mr. John Coale, you are a national hero of Belarus! When can we expect you in Minsk? We are pinning our highest hopes on you,” asked a follower using the nickname Lisa.

“Soon,” Coale replied.

Last week, he also responded to a question from Radio Svaboda journalist Dźmitry Hurnievič. Hurnievič asked whether the process of releasing political prisoners had been suspended and when Coale could be expected in Minsk. “No,” Coale wrote in response at the time.
