Peat Briquette Production Facility Catches Fire in Starobin

On the morning of March 14, a fire broke out at a facility producing and selling fuel peat and wood briquettes in the urban settlement of Starobin. The blaze was detected by the Molniya alert system.

When rescuers arrived, smoke was observed in the steam room of the boiler facility. The fire was extinguished and no one was injured. Five units of equipment from the emergency services were working at the scene. The cause of the fire is being established, the agency’s press service reported.
